About the event
An honors graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, Danielle cut her teeth alongside culinary luminaries like Walter Manzke, Neal Fraser, and Sang Yoon in the hallowed kitchens of Los Angeles. Hungry for further mastery, she journeyed to New York City's sacrosanct dining scene, ascending the ranks at the renowned Le Bernardin, leading as Sous Chef at the celebrated The Modern, commanding the kitchen as Chef de Cuisine at the esteemed Vespa, and reprising her Sous role at the highly-acclaimed Le Coucou, triumphantly anointed Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation in 2017.
Her prodigious talents have graced television's grandest culinary stages, emerging victorious on Food Network's high-stakes "Kitchen Casino" and valiantly challenging the inimitable Bobby Flay himself on "Beat Bobby Flay." In 2019, she showcased her mettle on the culinary battlefield of "Supermarket Stakeout."
At the vanguard of culinary innovation, Danielle pioneers "MexItalian" cuisine - an ingenious confluence of her Mexican heritage and her Italian husband's storied traditions. This daring fusion found rapturous expression in their trailblazing pop-up Amiga Amore, recently exalted with a coveted residency at Manhattan's hallowed James Beard House in February of this year.
Chef Danielle who pioneered the innovative "MexItalian" cuisine, will teach an exhilarating exploration of flavor profiles that harmoniously marry the vibrant essences of Mexico and Italy. Chef will focus on the art of harmonizing seemingly disparate culinary traditions into a bold new gastronomy that expands the boundaries of flavor while honoring the storied heritage of both cuisines.
After each cooking session, retreat to the villa's elegent outdoor patio to savor your creations paried with fine mexican wines, grown right down the road in Baja California. When you're not cooking, eating, or taking pictures, explore the grounds and tour the estate that can be your private oasis. Indulge in culinary travels while discovering your dream residence. Spaces are extremely limited for this exclusive experience.
